My friend Dana and I wrote a cookbook! FEAST: Recipes and Stories from a Canadian Road Trip was published this March, and we had the incredible fortune of working with Appetite by Random House to create it. The book is based on the cross-country road trip we took in 2013, and includes over 110 recipes from contributors in each of Canada's ten provinces and three territories (plus a few of our own). In addition to all the food, drinks, and preserves, it's also filled with endless stories from our five month adventure, so it's just as easy to keep on your coffee table as it is on your book shelf. A huge thank you to Chef Lynn Crawford for her lovely foreword, and to Molly Yeh, Carey Polis, Chef Hugh Acheson, Chef Daniel Burns, Aimée Wimbush-Bourque, Elizabeth Baird, Chef Michael Smith, and Peter Mansbridge for offering more kind words to the back and inside covers.
