My friend Dana and I wrote an award-winning cookbook! FEAST: Recipes and Stories from a Canadian Road Trip was published in March of 2017 and we had the incredible fortune of working with Appetite by Random House to create it. The book is based on the cross-country road trip we took in 2013, and includes over 110 recipes from contributors in each of Canada's ten provinces and three territories (plus a few of our own). In addition to all the food, drinks, and preserves, it's filled with endless stories from our five month adventure, so it's just as easy to keep on your coffee table as it is on your book shelf.
